TELACU Scholars Alumni Association

Promoting the continual professional and academic advancement of its members and the communities served by the TELACU Education Foundation.

TELACU Scholars Alumni Association (TSAA) has a strong foundation of thousands of extraordinary Alumni nationwide. These include Masters and PhD program graduates from some of the finest colleges and universities, and diverse professionals who are excelling as leaders across every sector of society—from business, engineering and medicine, to public policy, law, education, and the arts.

Association Goals

• Provide members with opportunities to advance professionally and academically
  Connect members with other Alumni, top industry leaders, and TELACU’s vast support network and resources
• Address the needs and interests of Alumni and affiliate groups
• Accelerate the cycle of community empowerment by guiding and developing
  new generations of leaders

Membership

• Founding ($50)
  Become a Founding Member by joining before January 1, 2010. Founding Members must meet General Membership criteria. For three years, they receive and retain all the rights, privileges and responsibilities of General Members, and may renew membership at a reduced rate. In addition to receiving free or discounted entry to TSAA events, Founding Members have the opportunity to attend other exclusive events.
• General ($25)
  General Members have participated in a TELACU Education Foundation (TEF) program and currently hold a Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited educational institution. Bridge to Nursing Program participants who have achieved Registered Nurse licensure are also eligible. General Members are entitled to full nominating and voting authority, are eligible to run for office, and receive discounted entry to all TSAA events.
• Associate ($15)
  Associate Members have participated in a TEF program and either are upperclassmen enrolled in an undergraduate program, or have received an Associates degree or vocational/technical certificate. These Members are not eligible to nominate or run for office.
• Affiliate ($25)
  This is an honorary form of membership
  for individuals who have made significant contributions to TELACU or the communities we serve.
