TELACU Builds Three New Gyms for Saddleback Valley Unified School District
TELACU Construction Management (TCM) is overseeing the new construction of 26,000-square-foot gymnasiums for the Serrano, La Paz and Los Alisos Intermediate Schools. To ensure the successful completion of these facilities in the fall, TCM is coordinating the project’s 16 separate prime contracts and managing the schedule, budget and quality assurance.
These facilities are part of a large-scale, ongoing project to overhaul the Saddleback Valley Unified School District's infrastructure and provide the entire school system with a “21st-century learning platform.” This includes renovating existing buildings, constructing new facilities, as well as providing state-of-the-art technology, audio/visual capabilities, and air-conditioning and heating systems.
