One of the Adventist Health White Memorial/TELACU Health Careers Program’s stellar Alumni, Ingrid’s extraordinary career at White Memorial has spanned nearly two decades! After graduating from the Program, she joined the Hospital as a Labor & Delivery RN, eventually becoming the department supervisor before accepting a promotion to Manager of the entire RN Residency Program.

Ingrid’s impact has been felt throughout the Hospital by administration, her coworkers, and her grateful patients. Compassionate and dedicated to the families she serves, she co-created Little Angels of White Memorial, a support group for bereaved parents, which she has been leading since 2007.

In January 2025, she was promoted to a regional leadership position within the Adventist Health System—Multi-Site Manager, SoCal Network Clinical Education. Ingrid now oversees teams at: White Memorial, White Memorial Montebello, Glendale, and Simi Valley.
