From a young age, Olivia knew she wanted to spend her life helping people—just like her dad did! She was always excited to see the impact that he made in the lives of others. These experiences helped her find her calling in the medical field, but it would be many years before she was able to answer.

Olivia’s dreams were put on hold when she became a wife and mother. But when she enrolled in our White Memorial/TELACU Health Careers Program, all that began to change. She graduated from the Program, earning her Associate’s degree and RN licensure in 2013, immediately beginning her nursing career at White Memorial. Her dedication to providing the highest level of care was recognized not only by her patients and coworkers, but also by the Hospital. With White Memorial’s full support, Olivia went back to school to earn both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees!

Over the past decade, Olivia has received consistent accolades and promotions at White Memorial. She was the very first TELACU Nurse to reach the position of Nursing Director at the Hospital. She was also the first to achieve an executive-level position—Associate Patient Care Executive—the second-highest ranking nursing position at both White Memorial Hospitals!
