Stipend Applicants
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a graduating ADN or BSN student at a partnering college or university
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Additional Eligibility Requirements for White Memorial/TELACU partnership
- Must be interested in a long-term nursing career at Adventist Health White Memorial
- Must reside within the Adventist Health White Memorial Service Area
Program Requirements
- Must attend professional seminars and participate in other developmental sessions
- Must attend monthly meetings with the Program Director
- Must report any change of address, email and/or telephone number
- Additional Program Requirement for White Memorial/TELACU partnership
- Must volunteer 5 hours at Adventist Health White Memorial
Scholarship Applicants

- Must be interested in a long-term nursing career at Adventist Health White Memorial
- Must reside within the Adventist Health White Memorial Service Area
Program Requirements
- Must attend professional seminars and program events, and participate in other developmental sessions
- Must attend monthly meetings with the Program Director
- Must take the NCLEX-RN exam within two (2) months of graduation
- Additional Program Requirements for White Memorial/TELACU partnership
- Must volunteer 10 hours at Adventist Health White Memorial
- Must apply for and, if offered, accept a position in the AHWM RN Residency Program
- Must commit to a minimum three–year (3-year) employment agreement and be available to work full-time with no other commitments
