At TELACU, we believe the greatest social good that can ever be generated is the creation of a full time job – a tool that hardworking people can use to build a life for themselves and for their families. We further believe that the second greatest social good that can ever be generated is a loan – capital that can be accessed and employed by responsible business people in our community who are the creators of the first social good – full-time jobs that employ hardworking people.
Since 1976, TELACU has been in the business of deploying capital in our community through our Community Development Financial Institutions to finance the dreams of local business people so that jobs are created and retained, and to foster a healthy, thriving economy in underserved communities.
