Accounting Clerk, TELACU Residential Management, Los Angeles

Accounting Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day activities of mail distributions to/from accounting department for the TELACU Residential Management, Inc. (TRM) and TELACU Property Management, Inc. (TPM) portfolio.  Responsible for organizing the paper and electronic filings and office supplies for accounting department.

Administrative Coordinator, TELACU Residential Management, Los Angeles

Under general supervision, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the maintenance Department with basic clerical tasks, such as processing of documentation and reports related to the maintenance programs for TRM and TPM, purchasing and scheduling services from vendors, data entry, etc.

Building Maintenance Level 3, TELACU Residential Management, El Monte
Temporary Position

Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Level 3 performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs for assigned senior housing facility and upholds TELACU Resident Management’s (TRM) highest standard.

Building Maintenance Level III, TELACU Property Management, Santa Monica

Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Level III performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs for assigned senior housing facility and upholds TELACU Property Management’s (TPM) highest standard.

Occupancy Specialist, TELACU Residential Management, Los Angeles

The Occupancy Specialist contributes to the shaping of communities by supporting various communities in meeting occupancy goals and certification requirements across the TRM & TPM portfolio.

Resident Services Coordinator, TELACU Residential Management, Pacoima

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a supportive, service-oriented environment to senior and/or physically challenged residents living at TELACU Residential Management (TRM) housing facilities. The Coordinator will be assigned specific housing facilities, and will work in conjunction with on-site staff.
