Building Maintenance Level II, TELACU Property Management, Sylmar

Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Level II performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs for assigned senior housing facility and upholds TELACU Property Management’s (TPM) highest standard.

Building Maintenance Level 3, TELACU Residential Management, Commerce

Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Level 3 performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs for assigned senior housing facility and upholds TELACU Resident Management’s (TRM) highest standard.

Office Clerk, TELACU Residential Management, Los Angeles (Temporary)

Under general supervision the Office Clerk is responsible for providing general clerical support to all departments. The Office Clerk will be exposed to the affordable housing industry. 

Resident Services Coordinator, TELACU Residential Management, Hawthorne (Temporary Position, One Year Assignment)

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a supportive, service-oriented environment to senior and/or physically challenged residents living at TELACU Residential Management (TRM) housing facilities. The Coordinator will be assigned specific housing facilities, and will work in conjunction with on-site staff.
