Administrative Assistant, TELACU Residential Management, Los Angeles

Under general supervision, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general admin support to the Field Operations Department. The Admin Assistant will be exposed to the affordable housing industry.

Building Maintenance Level 3, TELACU Residential Management, San Bernardino

Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Level 3 performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs for assigned senior housing facility and upholds TELACU Resident Management’s (TRM) highest standard.

Building Maintenance Level II, TELACU Property Management, Sylmar

Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Level II performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs for assigned senior housing facility and upholds TELACU Property Management’s (TPM) highest standard.

Building Maintenance Level III, TELACU Property Management, Azusa

Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Level III performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairs for assigned senior housing facility and upholds TELACU Property Management’s (TPM) highest standard.

Project Residential Assistant, TELACU Education Foundation, Upward Bound Program

“Project Residential Assistant(s) are responsible for assisting in promoting an environment that is conducive to student academic, social, cultural, and personal development. As a member of the TELACU Education Foundation – Upward Bound, Summer Instructional Component team, assist by providing overnight or day supervision and facilitating student services and activities during residential hours. Project Residential Assistant(s) will support with the oversight and enforcement of the Program’s policies and procedures, and discipline standards established by the Project Director.”
