South Gate Senior Villas is a 79-unit senior, low-income apartment community located just a short distance away from the 105 and 710 freeways in the city of South Gate and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks, medical clinics, a recreational park, a senior center and public transportation. We have on-site laundry facilities, professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment. Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 55 years-old at time application is submitted. Household income must not exceed the low-and moderate-income of the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) annual income limits. Section 8 vouchers are welcome.
