Jasmine Borrego

President

Jasmine manages and oversees the affordable rental housing portfolio for families, seniors, and individuals with special needs, and identifies and secures funding for effective social services for residents. She is responsible for ensuring that each community provides a wholesome and safe environment and is managed in compliance with all governmental funding and regulatory agencies. She serves on the board of LeadingAge CA. She has also served on the National Board of LeadingAge, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, White Memorial Medical Center and AHMA-PSW.

 
 

Michelle Cuevas

Vice President of Administration and Facilities 

Michelle directs the activities of the organization’s administrative department and also oversees recruitment, human resources and facilities activities. She is responsible for implementing and enforcing certain policies or systematic procedures that assist in improving the overall effectiveness. Works collaboratively with the executive leadership team overseeing the operations of the TRM and TPM portfolio and ensuring the achievement of financial goals, property management standards, and enforcement of compliance, regulatory and agreements as defined in the management agreements and leads the collaborative work to develop the organizational strategy.

 
 

Angelique D’Silva-Williams

Vice President of Compliance and Strategy

Angelique provides oversight of the Occupancy & Regulatory Affairs, System Administration, and Resident Services Program departments.  Oversees employees and ensures that projects and short and long-term initiatives align with the organizational culture. She provides leadership and works collaboratively with individuals within federal and state agencies, statutorily required entities, and organizations identifying local and statewide best practices, resources, and proposing plans and partnerships to ensure effective implementation and monitoring over time. As such, she serves as the primary contact for federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and provides technical assistance to department directors regarding compliance with various affordable housing programs. Angelique prepares and directs the preparation and review of reports, correspondence, and other documents related to on-going affordable housing programs as required for compliance.

     
 

Sylvia McCann

Vice President of Property Management

Sylvia provides oversight of effective and efficient operations of the Property Management and Portfolio Administration departments by streamlining processes, collaboration, customer service, and open communications for department positive outcomes. Manage Regional Property Supervisors’ performance by proactively mitigating issues, managing department goal outcomes to support effective operations across the portfolio. Maintains a working knowledge of all fair housing laws, organizational policies, affordable housing programs and ensures consistency in upholding laws, organizational policies, and department standards.

     
 

Christien Tran

Vice President of Accounting

Christien leads all accounting department operations, including ensuring the daily transactions are recorded accurately in the financial reports, in accordance to United States’ Generally Accepted Accounting Principal (US GAAP), and various government regulations and compliance.  Christien oversees the preparation of budget and financial forecast for company’s financial health.  She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a Master of Business Administration.

     
 

Emilio Herrera

Director of Facilities Management

Emilio ensures properties throughout the portfolio are being maintained at the highest quality standards to provide residents with a safe and sanitary place to live. He is responsible for developing and implementing plans of action that will support field staff to comply with their assigned duties within budget. He is responsible for implementing cost-saving preventative maintenance measures and immediately addressing emergency issues through efficient resource allocation. Additionally, he provides solid staff direction and oversight to ensure optimal operations and efficient allocation of maintenance resources.

 
 

Jackie Magallan

Director of Business Systems

Jackie is responsible for overseeing and reviewing the daily implementation of TRM/TPM property management software, a key component of its operations. With over 15 years of experience, Jackie optimizes business processes by focusing on improving operational efficiencies by establishing processes and tools used to collect and measure relevant data. She provides support and direction to the field and corporate staff; directs and oversees policy changes for the TRM/TPM portfolio related to rent collection and data adjustments.
