Montebello Senior Villas is a 159-unit senior, low-income apartment community located just a few blocks away from the 5, 60 and 605 freeways in the city of Montebello and within walking distance to shopping centers, markets, restaurants, public transportation and a senior center. We have on-site laundry facilities, professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment. Each apartment includes air conditioning/heating and a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, a private balcony as well as grab bars in the bathrooms for our residents’ convenience.
Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 55 years-old at time application is submitted. Household income must not exceed the low-and moderate-income of the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) annual income limits. Section 8 vouchers are welcome.
