Pacific Housing Development is a 7-unit low-income apartment community located just a few blocks away from the 10 and 60 freeways in the city of Monterey Park and within short distance to shopping centers, grocery stores, bus stops, and a senior center. Each apartment includes air conditioning/heating and a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.
Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 18 years-old and diagnosed with a chronic mental impairment at time application is submitted. The applicant must also be homeless or at risk of homelessness. Household income must not exceed the 35% annual income limit. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
